Laura Prenot

Laura Prenot was born and raised in Red Hook, NY, a small upstate town along the Hudson River. With the exception of a year abroad in Denmark, she stayed there through high school. She attended Hamilton College, in Clinton, NY, and graduated with a BA in Studio Art with a minor in Geology. Since then, she has worked for the Teacher Education Department of Marist College, ran the ceramic studios as the Art Intern at Hamilton College, and been a quasi-starving artist, though not necessarily in that order. This is her second year at Wasatch Academy.
