Student Named to All-State Baseball Team

Austin Meier, a senior pitcher at Wasatch Academy has been named to the first team all-state baseball team. Meier batted .534, had 22 Rbi's, and won seven games on the mound, leading the Tigers to the final eight finish in 1A baseball. "we were very fortunate to have a player like Austin on our side this year." Said Wasatch Academy Head coach Rick Ryan.."We knew we always had a chance when Austin was in the lineup."

Austin is from Vernal, Utah.
